A source has told Jayson Stark of ESPN.com that Baltimore Orioles owner Peter Angelos has yet to sign off on a proposed trade that would send strikeout monster Erik Bedard to the Seattle Mariners. Angelos has a long history of vetoing trades, so this one ain’t over.
