Keith McCants, the former #4 overall draft pick in the 1990 NFL Draft was busted Saturday night in a parking lot with a screwdriver, pliers and a crack pipe. Let’s play a game called, “What in the Hell was Going On?”

Apparently, he was in an empty business parking lot with two women who were trying to flag down motorists on Highway 45 in Alabama. That still doesn’t clear anything up, does it? He was confronted by police and became hostile, and thus, was tasered. He was charged with loitering, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Back in February, Moblie, AL police arrested McCants at a vacant house for loitering and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Phone calls to Dr. Drew were not immediately returned, but we’re going to move forward with speculation: Mr. McCants has a little issue with the pipe.
