Last night the Denver Nuggets lost to one of the worst teams in the NBA in a must-needed win. Not only that, they gave up 151 points. Kevin Durant led his Seattle Supersonics with 37 points, nine assists, and eight rebounds in a double overtime win against the Nuggets 151-147. Fellow teammate and rookie Jeff Green scored 35 points and grabbed 10 boards for the Sonics. It’s amazing how much Denver relies on their offense to win games. They couldn’t care less about playing defense. Not one bit. They stand around and do nothing. Iverson couldn’t even keep little Earl Watson in check who dropped 16 on his face and assisted on 11 other buckets. The Denver team is a complete mess.

This is what I believe goes on during a Denver timeout:
**Coach Karl wonders out to the foul line (this actually does happen)**
**Stacey Augmon walks around and joins the players on the bench (this actually happens)**
Then the players chat:
Iverson: “Yo, you see that boy out there?”
Mello: “I be all over that.”
Iverson: “What?”
Martin: “The boy?”
Mello: “Yeah, him. He can’t check me. Just give me the ball.”
Iverson: “But I want the ball…I can score every time.”
Camby: “Guys wanna play defense?”
Mello: “And waste my energy?”
Martin: “Yeah, for real?”
Iverson: “Practice? We talk’n bout practice?”
Camby: “No, defense. We need to play defense.”
**everyone laughs**
Augmon: “Defense on 3.”
Team: “1-2-3 Offense.”
**Karl walks back to chair**
**Augmon walks back to his seat**
