Sources from around the league have told OTR that the New England Patriots slot at #7 could be a very entertaining ten minutes. There are four teams that are very interested in BostonCollege quarterback Matt Ryan and the Patriots might be willing to trade this pick for the right price if Ryan is still on the board. The four teams that could make a move up to the number seven position for the quarterback are the Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Carolina Panthers.

Matt Ryan seems to be dropping on the draft board, but with four teams all considering to make a move for him, Ryan might not drop that far. Brady Quinn dropped to Cleveland at the number 22 spot last year as the top rated quarterback in the draft, but it seems there might be more of a demand for Matt Ryan than Quinn had last year.

Note: Baltimore is also going to be a player for Ryan. They have the 8th pick.
