Rams flip off Byrd

Clever, right? The Rams released TE Dominique Byrd, a former third-round pick in 2006 that has trouble not hitting bar patrons in the face with drinking glasses.
Byrd is supposed to stand trial next week for the 2005 incident. He also was arrested in March 2007 on DUI charges in California.
I wonder what type of glass it was… highball, pint glass, martini stem-ware, pilsner glass?
If it was a Stein, look out!!!
