Kevin Durant to get Rookie of the Year honors

League sources have told the Seattle Times that Kevin Durant will win this year’s Rookie of the Year award.
Durant averaged 20.3 PPG, 4.4 RPG and 2.4 APG. He was the second overall pick in this year’s draft behind Ohio State’s Greg Oden, who got hurt before the season even started.
