McNabb is fine

June 10, 2008

donovanmcnabb3.jpegMultiple sources close to the situation have told OTR that Eagles QB Donovan McNabb is fine, despite rumors that he has an injured shoulder. One source made it clear that there is some soreness, but said that the shoulder “isn’t injured.”

While he does have tendonitis in the shoulder, we’re told that there is no significant problem to be worried about.

Tendonitis in the throwing shoulder…yeah nothing to be worried about, that’s why they are shutting him down. I don’t see how tendonitis that would even be an issue for a QB. Good stuff!

Tendonitis is no big deal. It’s people like this guy, Pav, and those dumbasses on 610 that completely blow things out of proportion. Furthermore, the tendonitis is not from throwing the football. Once the soreness goes away (which it will), he will be back throwing again with no problems. Everyone just settle down and don’t listen to clueless people talk about things they don’t understand or know.

  3. Pavlovic says:

A 1999 study on members of the Toronto Blue Jays showed that 23 of 28 pitchers had tendonitis, while 22 had some extent of cartilage damage. Yet most of these pitchers were asymptomatic, and many were pitching effectively in the major leagues.

The Blue Jays had 28 pitchers on their roster in ‘99? Pretty big bullpen? They liked to rock the party?

    Cabin?

    Did someone say “cabin”?

    Nibac?
