michaelvick.jpgThanks to the Sports Idiot for the link. Michael Vick’s trial, which is being prosecuted by one of the worst attorney’s we’ve ever seen, will be postponed until he is released from federal prison.

Yes, he isn’t out of this yet. He still faces state charges, despite Surry County prosecutor Gerald Poindexter’s every attempt to let this slide.

Vick and his co-defendants (who, let’s be honest, we don’t care about) still face charges of beating or killing dogs, or causing dogs to fight other dogs, and engaging in or promoting dogfighting.

You wouldn’t think that this would be that tough to convict seeing as how….you know….he’s already been found guilty at the federal level. Just sayin’.
