CBS keeps Pete Prisco busy

Here are Pete Prisco’s Top 50 players in the NFL. Prisco says Tom Brady is #1 and not many would argue.
Here are some eyebrow raisers:
6. Texans DE Mario Williams. He’s definitely good…but the sixth-best player in the whole league?
8. Bengals QB Carson Palmer. He’s a really nice QB, but I don’t know about having him this high.
25. Colts DE Dwight Freeney. C’mon…he’s a one-trick pony. Ask him to stop the run. Also, I’d be a good pass rusher too if I was ahead by 31 points the whole time.
42. Giants DE Osi Umenyiora. I don’t agree with this one. Justin Tuck is the best player on that line.
I don’t agree with this list for the most part either Micah. Bob Sanders at #7??? He’s good, but Troy Polamalu is better (or so I think) and he isn’t even ON the list! This is also coming from a guy that hates the steelers, but I have to give Troy his props.
Even I can’t argue with Mario Williams here. Is he going to be one of the best to ever play his position? Yes. Is he the 6th best player in the league? Not so much.
And Patrick Willis number 43? Are you kidding me? I’ve always viewed him as the 42nd best player in the league. No way he is 43.
He’s going to be one of the best DE’s of all time? Uhhhh…
