Super good news for Chris Henry, finally

The judge that declared a mistrial today told Henry that he could remove the electronic monitoring device he’s been wearing. Congrats, Chris!

OTR thought the device was being used to simulate his moves off the field for the making of a video game. We thought Henry was going to be the main character who punched people in the face, assaulted people with firearms, drove under the influence, abused substances, and bought minors alcohol. I guess the monitoring device was for tracking Henry, and not capturing his moves for a Playstation game.

Anyway, there was a hung jury (couldn’t reach a verdict) in his trial so the judge set a new pre-trial hearing for Henry for next Tuesday, July 8th.

I wonder if Tennessee Titan runningback Chris Henry is considering changing his name?
