On Tuesday evening NBA owners will find out how much money they can spend on free agents when the league announces what next year’s cap ceiling will be.

With that said, here are the current NBA rumors (big names):

The Philadelphia 76ers are ready to offer restricted free agent Josh Smith a very lucrative deal on Wednesday when they find out how far they are under the cap. Atlanta will have seven days to match, which they have stated all along “they will.”

All signs point to free agent Elton Brand re-signing with the LA Clippers, despite Golden State offering him a maximum deal.

Almost every single NBA team has expressed interest in free agent Corey Maggette. The most notable suitors are Boston, Cleveland, Detroit, Orlando, New Orleans, San Antonio, and Utah, but don’t count out Golden State and Philadelphia.

If Golden State is not able to land Elton Brand, don’t be surprised if they go after restricted free agents Andre Iguodala or Josh Smith.
