According to our friends at TMZ.com, former Ram and Houston Oiler Tony Zendejas (you may remember his brother Luis on the Eagles) has been jailed for felony rape.

The L.A. County D.A. says in January the 48-year-old owner of Zendejas Mexican Restaurant in Pomona, gave a woman a drink at the popular bar which made her “groggy.”

They said the next thing she knew, she woke up at a motel down the street saying that she had been raped.
