Remember 2006 when the Philadelphia Eagles won five straight games at the end of the year to win the division? Jeff Garcia was running a pure vanilla offense very efficiently. The offensive line, led by Shawn Andrews, played the best football of their lives. The defense all of a sudden was stopping their opponents. Brian Westbrook was dominantly dominant.
But there was one Philadelphia Eagle who saved this team twice. And without this player, the Philadelphia Eagles don’t win the division in 2006. Two times when the Eagles were on their heals, this player stepped it up and sealed up two victories.
Week 5: The Dallas Cowboys were driving at the end of the game, marching right down the field. The score was 31-24 Philadelphia. Lito Sheppard, who already had one interception in the game, said enough was enough and took it to the house.

Week 13: The Carolina Panthers were driving at the end of the game, marching right down the field. The score was 27-24 Philadelphia. Lito Sheppard said enough was enough and picked off Jake Delhomme in the endzone (the pick is mixed in with these highlights):

Lito Sheppard is a Dallas Cowboy killer. Lito became the first player in NFL history to have two interception returns of more than 100 yards. Both returns came against the Dallas Cowboys. Lito also has eight career interceptions verse Dallas in 10 games.
This is in honor of training camp, which starts today.
