Someone is interested in Scott Schoeneweis?

No, really, it’s true! Actually, I’m being rough on the guy, he’s had a nice season. His pitching was reminiscent of doing an ass-to-mouth with a giraffe’s dong that was previously situated in another giraffe’s rear end (hence the “ass” part) earlier this year and last. But, he’s shut me up. He’s pitched pretty darn well and I give him credit.

Oh, so the reason for this post. Right. The Star-Ledger says that the Yankees, Tigers, Rays and Rangers are four teams that are interested in acquiring Schoeneweis from the Mets.

The Mets would need to have some plan in place to replace him. While their bullpen isn’t horrific, it’s not exactly in position to start selling guys off.
