The Cleveland Plain Dealer is reporting that the Tigers are on the verge of trading Ivan Rodriguez. Rotoworld.com speculates that the Marlins could be a possible destination because they are one of the few contenders in need of a catcher.
UPDATE: Nevermind. The Yankees just got him for Kyle Farnsworth. When I read that report on Rotoworld, I figured the Yankees would be the other option. Sure enough.
