The Phillies recaptured first place last night as they beat the Nationals 8-5 and the Mets fell 7-5 to the Marlins.

Shane Victorino, who Perry thinks is trash, went 3-5 with 3 RBI’s and is now hitting .287, just five points below All Star Chase Utley. The Flyin’ Hawaiin also scored three runs.
