Derrick Harvey, the 8th overall pick in the NFL and the last remaining rookie holdout, has finally agreed to a deal with the Jaguars (says John Clayton).

The Jags traded way up to get Harvey at the #8 slot. Too far in OTR’s opinion. That probably had something to do with their difference of opinion as to his worth.

His base package will pay him $23.8 million over five years according to Clayton, with guarantees nearing $17.2 million.
