Philadelphia 76er Samuel Dalembert splurged and purchased a home in Boca Raton for $4 million. For anyone who wants to visit the shot-blocking extraordinaire you can visit him at 899 N.E. 76th Street, Boca Raton, FL (also 899 NE Orchid Bay Drive, Boca Raton, FL).
The property last sold for $2.95 million back in October 2003. According to Amy Anderson of Blockshopper, house values in Boca Raton have dropped 24.3% during 2008.

Yes. At the ESPY’s every year they should have the Sammy Dalembert microphone. However, when you speak into it, the voice….well…..you can’t understand it.
