Former Jaguar great Jimmy Smith is at it again. We think he has a problem. He was arrested early this morning and charged with DUI in Deval County, FL. They also found weed in his possession.

Smith was suspended four games in 2003 for violation of the NFL’s substance abuse policy.

Two years ago, Smith was pulled over for speeding and the officer thought that he was under the influence. His system showed traces of cocaine, but it wasn’t enough to arrest him.

Smith used to be a phenomenal WR and there were several years where I thought he was the most complete WR in the NFL. Hopefully, he gets his stuff together.
