Allen Iverson’s Villanova home is up for sale and the price has dropped to an affordable $3.999 million.  Unfortunately, Iverson paid one million more when he bought the house in 2003.

For tax purposes, Iverson will be able to write off some of that million dollar loss if he is able to sell the property.  However, Iverson will not be able write off the four consecutive losses his Denver team suffered when Kobe Bryant and the Lakers swept them out of the 2008 NBA playoffs.
