Indianapolis Colts defensive tackle Ed Johnson was arrested and charged with speeding and possession of marijuana. The arrest was made last night (early this morning) in Hamilton County and The Journal Gazette is reporting that Johnson will be suspended for at least one game.
Ed Johnson is an example of a great prospect for someone’s Fantasy Turd Team. This is not the first time Johnson has been in trouble with the law. He was suspended in 2004 because of a fight at a local ice arena, then he was expelled for two semesters in 2005 (I assume this happened at Penn State).
Let’s review the points that Ed Johnson would have received if you had him on your Fantasy Turd Team:
Under the Ron Artest Rule, Johnson would have received one point for being suspended one game.
Under the Josh Howard Rule (first offense), Johnson would have received two points for being charged with possession of marijuana.
Under the Marshawn Lynch Rule, Johnson would have received one point for the traffic violation (speeding).
Total Points: 4

UPDATE: Ed Johnson has been waived for being too much of a turd (Chris Henry Rule). 20 points. Subtract the one point for the suspension.
Total Points: 23

Got something to say?

Did I have Ed Johnson? I think I did.
You don’t have a team. Too late.
