Our pals at TMZ.com have tipped us off on a story of a woman filing a lawsuit against Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald. He has been ordered to stay from the mother of his son as well as his son.
Angela Nazario says that she took their 11-month old to Fitz’s Phoenix home for a visit when they began to argue. Fitzgerald apparently tried to “diffuse the situation” by raising his fist and challenging her to a play fight. She admits she swung at him and “may have hit his face.”
Fitzgerald then went batshit and allegedly pushed Nazario down to her knees. She claims he “grabbed me by my hair with both hands on the back of my head very very hard and tossed me across the room.”
Later, when she tried to leave with her kid, Nazario says Fitzgerald “grabbed the back of my neck and slammed me down on the marble floor … [I] was disoriented for awhile and could not get up, I remember he mumbled something about ‘that’s what happens when you try taking my son away from me.’”
She said when she went to get in her car she noticed that she had “chunks” of hair missing.
What says you, Larry?
