Eller guilty

Jan. 26

carlellerFormer Vikings great Carl Eller was found guilty of fourth-degree assault of an officer and second-degree refusing to submit to a field sobriety test.

“I am just totally disappointed. Really disappointed in the system, and the way I’ve been treated,” Eller said.

But don’t worry, Eller is fighting back by putting the system on trial!

He claims in a pending federal lawsuit that officers violated his civil rights, used excessive force and concealed videotape evidence of his arrest.

He was arrested April 9th after he turned some Minneapolis streets into his own personal drunken raceway. His Mercedes SUV was swerving and he sped through a stop sign. Police eventually caught up with Eller in his garage, where he allegedly (and convictedly) punched one cop and chucked another on the hood of his SUV

Eller is 67, what kind of cops were these?!

He should have been arrested years ago for that horrible rug he wore on his head!
