So after capturing Gold eight-times over in Beijing, and all the fame that come with being an Olympic Champion, Phelps, just 23 years old, by the way, went out and had a good time.

“Yes, it was wrong. But it’s forgivable. Everyone deserves a break sometime.

“Let’s give Phelps one.”
