The Jacksonville Jaguars have released two free-agent acquisitions from a year ago. They have released WR Jerry Porter and CB Drayton Florence.

“In going through our personnel evaluations and roster analysis we are making decisions that we believe will help improve our team for the 2009 season and beyond,” said Jaguars general manager Gene Smith.

Porter caught 11 passes for 181 yards and a TD, which is a phenomenal game. The only problem is that those were stats for the entire year, not just one game.
