The Associated Press reports that the Miami Heat have sent forward Shawn Marion to the Toronto Raptors in exchange for Jermaine O’Neal.

The source told the AP on condition of anonymity because the NBA has yet to finalize the deal, which also includes Marcus Banks and cash considerations going to Toronto and Jamario Moon and a conditional draft pick to Miami.
