On Monday, the New York Rangers fired head coach Tom Renney after the team went in the tank as of late.

They got off to a hot 10-2-1 start, but have been awful lately and can’t seem to score. They have lost 10 out of their last 12 games.

GM Glen Sather has not immediately named a replacement.
