The Dallas Cowboys have traded cornerback Anthony Henry to the Lions in exchange for QB Jon Kitna.

Henry started all 16 games last year and we think this is a good trade for both sides. On one hand, the Lions probably weren’t keeping Kitna anyway. Now, Dallas has a pretty good backup to Tony Romo and the Lions get some defensive help, which they need terribly.
