Donte Stallworth is screwed

The Miami Herald has confirmed an earlier television report that Cleveland Browns soon-to-be convicted felon WR Donte Stallworth was indeed drunk when he struck a 49-year old man and killed him.
WSVN Fox 7 earlier reported Stallworth’s BAC was .12. In Florida .08 is the legal limit.

Stallworth hasn’t been charged with anything yet, but we’re sure that will change soon.
If he was legally drunk, he should be convicted of premeditated manslaughter and serve at least 5 years. If it turns out he wasn’t drunk, those news agencies reporting that he was should be put on probation and individuals reporting that he was ought to be hit with slander charges by stallworth.

I don’t feel sorry for Mr. Stallworth. He had such opportunities and wealth. Wealth should not be a protection from justice. Also, the first thing that he did was to hire a white attorney. So now as a black man he has alienated two minorty groups blacks and hispanics.
